Hi Folks, never had a chance to head to the top of Muirneag before, but a couple of guys from Tolsta and myself went up on Wednesday, it was great fun!!!!! a bit boggy with all the rain, but still a great crac!!!! here are a couple of pics from the top. Body is a wee bit sore today mind you!!!!!!!!!!!

just done it once myself and it was great. one of the best moor runs i have done. cracking hillclimb at the end eh. if you want a real challenge you should do it on a crosser.
4WD... too easy.

myself and my brother did it at the end of May, really wet we reckon we were about 6 kilometers into the moor before being able to cross the river, it was just to strong and too deep at the normal place.

Really good day out, but hard going.
